A gala wedding is to take place at Old Lyon Hall, where a third attempt will be made to wed the young heiress Anna Lyon and her cousin Alexander Lyon, a couple who have been betrothed since early youth. Two prior attempts to hold this ceremony were interrupted by deaths in the immediate family, but the third time is bound to win out.
